1. Acceptance of Terms

EXPONENTIAL ACCESS LLC (referred to as “Company,” “us,” or “we”) provides the exponentialaccess.com website and various related professional services (collectively referred to as the “Site”), as well as specialized vocational training and business consultancy offerings (collectively referred to as “Offerings”). Use of this Site and its Offerings is subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).

BY USING THIS SITE AND ITS OFFERINGS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE EXIT THE SITE NOW.

2. Description of Offerings

Exponential Access LLC provides professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Vocational Training: Skill-building workshops for students and young adults in AI, digital media, and entrepreneurship.

  • Business Consultancy: Strategic management consulting and modernization services for small businesses and educational institutions.

  • Innovation Sprints: Project-based professional development and operational optimization.

We reserve the sole right to modify or discontinue any Offerings at any time without notice. We provide our Offerings on an “AS IS” basis and make no guarantee of specific financial or academic results.

3. Age of Consent & Protection of Minors

In compliance with the New York Child Data Protection Act, users under the age of 18 may only participate in our Offerings with the express involvement and verified consent of a parent or legal guardian. Exponential Access LLC is committed to the safety and privacy of youth and does not knowingly collect data from minors without parental authorization.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with the Offerings purchased.

  • Standard Service Fees: While prices vary by project scope, our typical starting fees for individual strategy sessions are $100.

  • Flexible Pricing: Exponential Access LLC utilizes a value-based pricing model to support community modernization. Final fees for Strategy Sessions and Consultancy are determined during the initial consultation and finalized in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Project Proposal before payment is requested.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party services, including Stripe and Bluevine. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

  • Refunds: For standard workshops or digital offerings, refund requests must be submitted to info@exponentialaccess.com within seven (7) days of purchase.

  • Service Agreements: Exponential Access LLC utilizes a community-centered pricing model. While standard strategy sessions are billed at $100 and workshop series at $500, final fees are customized per client and finalized in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) prior to payment processing.

5. User Conduct & Content

You are solely responsible for your conduct on the Site. You agree not to post or transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or in violation of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Exponential Access LLC or its Affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or Offerings. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in New York County, NY.
