As a licensed Math and Special Education educator with over 13 years of experience in middle and high schools, I understand how traditional systems can unintentionally leave brilliant students behind. My own journey wasn't linear—I almost flunked college because I struggled to find my place in a rigid academic environment.

I founded Exponential Access not because I left teaching, but because I love it so much that I wanted to do it the way it should be done: by giving students the space to create their own paths. What began as a coaching space for girls and women in school dealing with anxiety evolved into an educational ecosystem for all students focused on the ROOT of creative intelligence .

I’ve realized that most people who 'struggle' with leadership or academics, especially STEM, are not failing—they just haven't been shown how to unlock their unique creativity. My mission is to help students build the practical skills they need for the future through entrepreneurship—a space where they don't have to fit in, because they are the ones building it.
